All Deposits are due within 24 hours of booking. This can be done in office or over the phone. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is made.  Please read the descriptions in their entirety before booking. 

LATE POLICY

At 20 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment will be cancelled. Rescheduling, as a result of lateness, without a re-booking deposit, is at the discretion of the provider.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled procedure. To cancel, please leave a message over the phone or by email. A representative will reach out to reschedule. Deposits will be transferred to your rescheduled date. 

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled procedure, another deposit must be made to re-book. 

Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation is due to an emergency or extenuating circumstance, a return or partial return of your deposit will be at the discretion of the provider.
